Cushion

Slow down the pace. Take it easy. An invitation to sit a while. Reflect. Just…be. Lighting candles, drinking tea and chatting with a friend. Phones turned off. Allowing time to stand still. The here and now, with each other. Gratitude, for being able to capture it. Dreams of the future, treasures from the past. Wrapped in a warm blanket, cuddled up among the pillows, resting your head against my shoulder. Let’s just stay here, like this…forever!
