Terms and Conditions private customers
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by private customers in Germany and Austria from Storefactory Scandinavia AB. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms.
Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Euro (€) including VAT. In the checkout you will see the total price including all charges, VAT, shipping and payment fees. Payment terms are stated at checkout depending on the chosen payment method.
KLARna CHEKout
We cooperate with Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”), registration number 556737-0431. By using Klarna Checkout, you accept Klarna’s terms and conditions. By clicking “Complete purchase” you accept payment responsibility, the terms for the chosen payment method, and our terms and conditions. We recommend that you also read Klarna’s terms regarding how your personal data and your purchase are handled.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver only within Germany and Austria, normally within 3–7 working days. If you do not collect your parcel and it is returned to us, we charge a handling fee of 30 €.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As a customer you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Until 31 December 2025, the customer pays the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed. From 1 January 2026, EU law requires that return costs are covered by the seller if a specific carrier has been provided or if none is available in your region. Refunds will be made within 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
Warranty and Complaints
All our products are covered by the statutory two-year EU warranty. If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. In case of an approved complaint, we will cover the return cost and either replace the product or issue a refund.
Packaging and Product Safety
We comply with the packaging and recycling regulations in Germany and Austria, and all products meet EU product safety standards. In the event of a product recall, we will contact affected customers directly.
Privacy Policy
When placing an order with us, you provide your personal information. By registering and completing a purchase, you consent to us storing and using this information in order to fulfill the agreement with you. Your personal data will only be kept as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and as long as required by law.
