Purchsing terms for retailers

All prices are in EUR, not including VAT.
Credit purchases are allowed after customary credit assessment.

New customers

The minimum first order for a new customer outside Sweden is 7500 SEK / 750 €

Payment terms / rates

30 days after approved credit check. Prices in the B2B shop are exclusive of VAT. Credit can be provided after the usual credit check. STOREFACTORY reserves the right to limit the size of the credit. As a new customer, delivery can be made against prepay at the first delivery, depending on the credit check.

Interest on late payments 18%. We work with Svea Inkasso AB who handles our debt collection. Our invoices are sent via e-mail.

We reserve the right to adjust our prices during extreme changes in exchange rates or commodity prices. We are not responsible for delays caused by the supplier. We do not break any packaging as the smallest pack is the same as the number in the pack.

Orders under 3000 SEK / 300 € will not be shipped.

Freights

EU-countries, Iceland* & UK**

Orders over 1500 € are delivered free of charge.

For orders up to 1499 €, shipping cost of 90 € will be added. Shipping is charged separately on the invoice.

*Iceland- Please contact us for shipping instructions and cost.

**UK – DDP is coverd by STOREFACTORY but the VAT still falls under the buyer.

The rest of Europe

Orders over 2000 € are delivered free of charge but customs are always charged.

For orders up to 1999 €, shipping cost of 90 € will be added. Shipping and customs are charged separately on the invoice.

Damage

In case of external damage to the packaging at delivery, you must immediately notify the freight forwarder who has delivered the goods and make a note of the damage on the consignment note that you ask the driver to sign. Keep a copy yourself and give a copy to the driver. If you leave no complaint, you will not be able to receive any compensation for your damaged goods. Notify us within 8 days of receipt to receive compensation.

COMPLAINTS

Claims on the goods must be reported to STOREFACTORY no later than 8 days after received goods. 

Article number, number, photo and cause must be sent by mail to [email protected]

Goods can only be returned after written approval from STOREFACTORY. The goods must be returned in their 

original packaging. As a customer you are responsible for the return freight in case of a regrettable purchase.

COMPLAINT DISPUTE

Any disputes shall be decided in Swedish court in accordance with Swedish law.

RESERVATION

We reserve ourselves for any final sales and for any printing errors. We cannot guarantee that color reproduction in the catalog or on the website matches reality.
